Wireframes

The wireframes served as the structural blueprint for Author’s website—mapping out key user flows, content hierarchy, and layout strategy before visual design began. Focused on clarity and usability, they helped define how users would interact with the site, from browsing product details to completing a purchase.

Personas

During the research phase, I developed two distinct user personas to better understand Author’s target audience. These personas guided key design decisions, ensuring the website’s look and feel aligned with the brand’s tone—refined, confident, and intentionally modern.

Author’s website was designed to reflect the brand’s core values: modernity, refinement, and quiet confidence. The layout is clean and intentional, letting negative space and strong typography do the heavy lifting. A minimal color palette and thoughtful pacing give the site a polished, editorial feel—elevating the product while keeping the experience effortless. Every detail was considered to mirror the ethos of the brand: understated, stylish, and made to last.
